+Cross-compilation from GNU/Linux (static and shared DLL)\r

+Install MinGW32 and prepare FreeGLUT on Debian/Ubuntu:\r

+  apt-get install mingw32\r
+  ./configure --host=i586-mingw32msvc --prefix=/freeglut\r
+\r
+Install MinGW32 and prepare FreeGLUT on Fedora:\r
+\r
+  yum install mingw32-gcc\r
+  ./configure --host=i686-pc-mingw32 --prefix=/freeglut\r
+\r
+Cross-compile!\r
+\r
+  make\r
+  make install DESTDIR=$(pwd)\r
+\r
+Everything is in the new freeglut/ directory.\r
+The .dll is in the freeglut/bin/.\r
